    About Us

    Truth Fitness is a private fitness studio located in the heart of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. We are conveniently close to Redondo Beach, Torrance and other South Bay cities. Since opening in 2007, we have helped hundreds of people in achieving their fitness goals. Our main services include: personal training, semi-private personal training, small group training and sport specific athletic conditioning. Our studio is open by appointment only. We have experience training men and women of all ages, including children and seniors. All fitness levels are welcome. We feel that with proper program design and implementation, everyone can improve their current physical condition. In our personal training classes, we stay away from fad workouts and stick to research based training methods.
